At Ekka Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in its original condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@ekkastore.com and include your order number.

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Ekka Store will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

  • For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive jewelry items (if applicable)
