At Ekka Store, we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding order processing, delivery times, and shipping charges.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT), Monday through Saturday, will begin processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Saturday) after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Shipping & Delivery Time

After processing, orders are shipped through our trusted delivery partners.

Transit Time: 3–7 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–10 business days from the date the order is placed

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, severe weather conditions, customs procedures, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Charges

A flat-rate shipping fee of £4.99 applies to all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We do not ship to:

P.O. Box addresses
Military addresses
Restricted or inaccessible locations

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order, please contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date.

We will work closely with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in resolving it as quickly as possible.
